Day 32

The King will Reign in Righteousness: Ch 32

There will be a king who will reign in righteousness, he will be a ruler who will rule with justice over the people. What will things be like under the rule of this king? How is Jesus the fulfilment of this king?

Isaiah goes on to speak to the women of Jerusalem. What is the problem with what the women are doing? How does this reflect what is happening in the nation of Judah as a whole?

The Lord will ultimately bring things under the righteous king. How will the Lord bring this about (see v14-20)?

Today’s Prayer Suggestion:
1. Praise God that a righteous King will bring justice and peace; thank Him that the Spirit will bring renewal and secure dwellings forever.

2. Pray for us to have the conviction to pray to God regularly. Ask that God might use the Ann Street Daily or other means of bible reading to help us dig deeper in to his word.
